How To Use:
Step 1: Start with clean, dry eyelids. If you use eyeshadow, apply it first before lining.
Step 2: Use the fine tip end to draw your upper lash line from inner to outer corner, as close to the lashes as possible.
Step 3: Flip to the stamp end and press firmly to the outer corner of your eye at your desired angle. Hold for 2-3 seconds and lift straight off — do not drag.
Step 4: Repeat on the other eye using the same angle and pressure for a perfectly matched pair. Connect the stamp to your liner with the fine tip if needed. Allow 30 seconds to fully set before blinking rapidly.
